Abstract

Proteins are essential for the proper functioning of the cell and the entire organism. Enzymes responsible for the fast and coordinated course of metabolic and biochemical changes, crucial for meeting the energy needs of cells, are of particular importance. Such proteins include oxaglutarate dehydrogenase.

Keywords: 2-Oxoglutarate dehydrogenase, Krebs cycle, enzymes
