Dr. Tabasum Rasool is a Research Associate at the Interdisciplinary center for water Research at the Indian Institute of Science Bangalore. She has completed her Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Srinagar. She received her B.tech in Agricultural Engineering from the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kashmir, India in 2012, and M. tech in Land and water management from the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kashmir, India in 2014. Currently, her research interests include GIS, climate change, hydrological modeling, vadose zone modeling, groundwater modeling, and integrated water resources management, and is more focused on studying the impact of temperature extremes on rainfall events. She has published more than 12 papers in reputed journals and conferences.
