Prof. (Dr.) S. K. Baral has done his M. Com, LL. B, MBA and Ph.D. (Awarded in the year 1999) from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India. As an active academician, he has been closely associated with several foreign Universities, such as Southampton Solent University, United Kingdom, University of Washington, Bothell, USA and University of Zululand, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa for multiple academic activities. He is an Accredited Management Teacher (AMT) recognised by All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, India since 2009. He has completed QIP in ‘Professional Ethics’ from IIT-Kharagpur, India, under C E P in the year 2011. He has authored 14 books and edited 6 books. He is the Chief Editor of Splint International Journal of Professionals, a Quarterly Published International Journal, ISSN 2349 – 6045, abstracted and indexed @ ProQuest, USA, J-Gate, Indian Citation Index & International Scientific Indexing since 2013. He has contributed 132 Research Articles and Chapters in different referred National and International Journals and books (including UGC Care Listed, Scopus, IGI Global, ABDC, Taylor & Francis, Sage and Springer) to his credit. He is also a NAAC Assessor, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. He has served 7 years for corporate in the capacity of a senior executive and has 26 years of rich experience in academics by holding many key positions at various levels.
