Gertrudes Aparecida Dandolini Full Professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina in the Knowledge Engineering Department. PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2000). Research in the area of Innovation, Knowledge Management, Governance, Corporate University and Systemic Vision and is part of three research groups IGTI - Intelligence, Management and Technologies for Innovation (Leader), ENGIN - Integration Engineering and Knowledge Governance and KLON - Interdisciplinary in Knowledge, Learning and Organizational Memory. Works in the graduate program in Engineering and Knowledge Management at UFSC. It has more than 400 scientific publications in national and international conferences, periodicals, books and book chapters.
