Frequently Asked Questions
We always look forward to hearing from you! Please fill out the Book Idea Form (under Available Forms) and you will receive a reply within 48-72 hours. You can also contact Stella Rosa directly at nova.main@novapublishers.com with any questions or for additional information.
During the publication process, we will ask you to submit any book cover ideas that you may have. You can also email the Art Department at any time at art@novapublishers.com. Once the artists create a mockup of the cover, you will be sent an email with the image to approve/reject or modify. Please note that we cannot always accommodate your requests as there are certain limitations to the artwork/images we can use (for example, with copyright). However, we always do our best to accommodate.
We prefer a review between 650 and 700 words. We understand this might be unlikely without the loss of important content. Thus, we leave the length of the review up to you. We kindly request to submit the review to us within 14 days of having received the request if you would like it to be included in the book. If not, you can submit the review within 90 days.
For bulk orders, we offer the following discounts:
3-5 copies – 10% discount plus shipping
6-14 copies – 20% discount plus shipping
15-30 copies – 30% discount plus shipping
31-99 copies – 35% discount plus shipping
100-200 copies – 40% discount plus shipping
